Butternut squash yogurt bowl

A perfectly delicious fall snack

2 cups Activia Plain yogurt
¾ cup butternut squash, diced
¼ teaspoon cinnamon
1 pinch sea salt
1 tablespoon pumpkin seeds
1 drizzle of maple syrup
1/3 cup granola of your choice

Preheat oven at 375°F.

In a small bowl, combine the diced squash, cinnamon, salt, pumpkin seeds and maple syrup.

Place the squash on a baking sheet covered with parchment paper and place in the oven for 15 minutes.

In a bowl, pour the plain yogurt and garnish with cinnamon roasted squash and granola.
