Activia Lighter Cake Icing with Fresh Flower Garnish

8 cups Activia vanilla yogurt

Sliced fresh fruit of your choice

Fresh edible flowers

Prepared cake of your choice (carrot, banana or sponge cake work well!)

Instructions

- Spread Activia yogurt over cake using a rubber spatula.

- Arrange the fruit slices on top.

- Rinse and dry edible flowers and sprinkle over top.
